I have always struggled with what vitamins to take. It amazes me that even the doctors have told me to take common store bought brands that contain artificial colors, dyes and preservatives. I have searched and found a couple of brands that I feel more comfortable taking and the GARDEN OF LIFE women’s multi vitamins are a brand I like because of their whole food ingredients, free of artificial colors and preservatives. I also like how they are a lower dose meant to take twice a day with food. It definitely helps with stomach upset compared to a single high dose serving. I would highly recommend these vitamins and think the price is worth the quality.

They don’t seem to upset my stomach and I like that they are organic. I do feel perkier with better energy when I’m consistent with taking them every day.A couple years ago I was working in a high stress job , and had a period that lasted 2 solid weeks with blood clots. I didn’t have health insurance and was panicking. All my other periods had just lasted 4-5 days. I started taking this same vitamin along with a hormone balancing supplement , in addition .. a whole food iron supplement - the iron was just taken for a week total) but within 2 days my period halted - and every period since hasn’t been more than 5 days long (sometimes only 3 days have actual bleeding) and it comes every month on time.I haven’t continued the iron supplement or the hormone balancing supplement for over a year and a half, just try to eat somewhat decently and taking these vitamins. Have not passed any clots or had that heavy of a period since then.

I wanted to buy a quality multivitamin that had whole food ingredients and was organic. And that’s what I got with these. I love that they are one pill a day. This same company makes gummies that you can take 2 times a day but I wasn’t a fan as a mom of 3 kids and struggling to remember all that needs to be done in a day, I prefer the once a day.I feel these are a bit pricey, but they are well worth it because I have peace of mind knowing I’m getting the necessary nutrients every day that I may be lacking in diet. The pills are slightly large, but that doesn’t bother me. They aren’t super strong in smell, and I haven’t tasted them as I usually take a big gulp of water with them. I have more energy and overall feel better when I take my vitamin for the day.I’ve used these for maybe 6 months now and plan to continue to purchase them.

These are highly rated and organic but they have dextrose and palm oil listed in the ingredients. I will keep looking for another option.

I've been taking this multi vitamin for months now, it has been extremely helpful with my energy, focus and immune support. They a great value for whole food vitamins.

Great free of no color or additives in this vitamin. Take it once a day and hopefully helps

The lady likes these much better than the gel tabs. She says that she has a lot more energy throughout the day when using these.
