Definitely worth trying
This rice was suggested to me by my nutritionist to be more digestible because it is sprouted. It has a great flavor. I do not. follow the directions on the package as I found it was not cooked enough. I use 1 cup water to 1/2 cup rice and soak it for about 30-60 minutes before cooking 30 minutes. Comes out softer which I prefer.

Very dense nutrition

It comes very ry clean of impurities and its grains are whole. Rice takes 15 minutes in pressure cooker and tastes very delicious.I am satisfied with my purchase.
