How do I turn it off?

you touch the top of both sides of the lights

Is it compatible with 120 Volts?

The light is powered through a USB connection. So if you have a 120 volt phone charger plug it can hook up to that. Plug is not included.

Is this dual voltage?

Don’t buy this light. It’s unreliable and frustrating. Get a ring light.
