Sori Yanagibread knife 21cm

Great bread knife, no issues. I do not wash it in the dishwasher so I have not needed to sharpen it yet.

It can barely handle crusty breads such as artisan style loaves or anything with a semi hard crust unfortunately. The teeth are all curves and waves so they don’t sink and grip into the bread well.
