I recently purchased a kitchen set (a bar set really). I loved it on first sight! It was a very stylish square wooden table, the top of which has inlaid tile. The bar stool that came with it were also made of solid wood. They look great! Unfortunately, the seat has a sharp edge which lands right at the back of your thighs and knees. This is not a problem for average people, but it can be a serious problem for people who bruise easily. My older brother has many health issues requiring him to take plavix and elequis medication on a daily basis. The first time he used one of my wooden chairs, he got a massive bruise beginning at the midpoint on the back of his thigh and ending somewhere on his calf about 4 inches below his knee. I wracked my brain for a solution to our bar stool problem. Pillows. Wrap-around cushions. But, in my process of searching for an engineering change that would make my current stools easier on my brother, I found these upholstered bar stools. The legs are very much like the stools I have - solid wood - but the seat and back are padded and upholstered with an attractive fabric. Assembly was easy too. This product has solved our problem and my brother likes his new bar stool very much!

Absolutely beautiful! I paid $84 for this chair and it looks perfect in my vanity area. The colors are amazing. Chair is sturdy and well made. Took about 25 minutes to put together and instructions were easy to follow.

Seat could use more padding.

These chairs are sturdy, comfortable, and attractive. Easy to assemble. There is a bit of a scent-- maybe from the wood stain? - when you first unbox them, so allow the pieces to air out first if you are sensitive to chemical smells. These chairs were just the right addition to our apartment.

Love the look of these counter height seats. Comfortable and seemed of good quality.We did scotchguard them before using them.

The chairs are extremely comfortable, but someone apparently decided to save fabric thinking that the back of the chair didn’t matter. Well, of course it does, so I was disappointed in this random pattern alignment and wanted prospective buyers to be aware that your chairs may not look like the manufacturer’s photos.

My husband assembled it, it was just a few turns of some screws not a big deal or time consuming unless you just can’t out things together. Very comfortable and perfect for my makeup counter that’s raised to 36”. Love it
