Will it power a 5tb external hd that is usb powered or will the hard drive need its own power supply?

It greatly depends on the physical size class used in your hard drive enclosure. If you have a slim drive, then it is a laptop hard drive and can be powered with USB. If your hard drive is very large and bulky, then likely it is a 3.5 inch hard drive used in desktops and usually will have an external adapter for you to plug in.

Why does all my 4k homemade videos play in slow motion ?

It supports 10bit H.265, this has no filters, The playback quality of the video is displayed according to the video quality of the signal source.

Does the video have to be 4k? can i play 1920x1080? can it read all sd cards such as 32, 64, 128, 256 ect ect?
