Great booster for collagen. When I’m taking collagen, I look younger!

This product is amazing. I take two tablets every morning. The first week I took two in the morning and two in the afternoon, but now just two in the morning. No digestive issues at all. I take with food. I have osteoporosis and researched supplements to try so I don’t have to take medication. I also take nativepath collagen peptides. I started both a month ago , early March 2025 and yesterday at home I removed my nail polish and OMG I stared at my nails and the horizontal ridges I have had for nearly 10 years now are completely gone. The nails are smooth and look good. They are not peeling either. I read on the comments that others have improved their nails too and they are 100% correct. I am flabbergasted that after 1 month my nails look better than ever. I do believe it’s the living silica. Since bone and nails are intertwined I believe my osteoporosis will improve too. I will update after my bone scan after a few months. I highly recommend this living silica.

I've used this in liquid form too but the pill form is convenient. Great product and helps with boosting collagen!

I used this product shortly after surgery for a metatarsal fracture. After my 4th week my bone was healed 90%. I did have a surgical screw in place, but I really was surprised how fast I healed and I was able to walk in a boot a week after surgery and was in tennis shoes by week 7. Since I’m 64 I was starting to get a little joint pain in the knees and carpal tunnel, and I really don’t notice that pain any more. Also, my hair is thicker. I used the liquid, and recently have been taking the capsules, but I prefer the liquid. The liquid doesn’t really have any taste; more like water with a hint of a flower essence. I’d definitely recommend this product, but give it a month or so to get the full effects. It’s now week 8 and besides some swelling, I feel my foot is fully recovered and I’m sure the silica helped the healing process. I’ll continue taking it and hopefully will have stronger bones and less pain in my joints.

I found that silica capsules is not as effective as the liquid form. The desired result is slow. There is hair growth but not as much as when I take the liquid form.
