I drink it shaken with cold water after a calisthenics workout, but sometimes blend with berries. Pleasant, nutty flavor and gentle on the stomach. No gas or bloating. An easy way to increase caloric and protein intake and fuel exercise, and get the benefits of peas.

I was very happy with this mass gainer. I’m a hard gainer, I weight train regularly but it’s hard for me to find the time to eat/prep the extra calories I need to put on more weight for a winter bulk. I used this for about 2 months and gained about 3-4lbs. I did not do the 4 scoops, only 2 scoops mixed with water. The first month I used it only on training days, 4 days per week, and the second month I started having 1 shake per day. For reference I’m a small female, I went from about 108lbs-112lbs in 2 months. I mixed the 2 scoops with water and it tasted fine and mixed very well in a blender bottle. The only thing I did notice was not a great aftertaste but I just drank some water after and it was fine. I purchased for the clean ingredients and was overall very happy with the product. It’s not something I would use long term because of the sugar content but will definitely purchase again when I want to put on some weight! I purchased the vegan Naked Mass chocolate flavor for reference.

A plant based product which meets the designed purpose. A neutral flavor good for mixing. I used three scoops for 16oz and it comes across as pretty dense but when you want some calories from a wholesome source, you have arrived at your destination.

I love this product and as someone who started off with a 14.5 BMI, it's helped so much with my weight gain. HOWEVER!!! The serving size is simply wrong. They claim 4 scoops is around 315g, meaning one scoop is roughly 78g. If you measure one scoop though it comes out to be around 50-55g. 1/4 serving (1 scoop) is really a scoop and a half. So beware and measure properly.Besides that, this has been the only mass gainer/protein powder that doesn't absolutely destroy my stomach after drinking it. The ingredients are great and it really does help with weight gain + no flavor. I originally bought this June of 2024 and repurchased again in January 2025. Both times it said the serving size is 4 scoops but on Amazon its advertised as 6 scoops... Not sure if they've updated or not. But just a heads up.

This product was an answer to my prayers. I was looking for a product that would provide me with energy and extra calories to ensure I didn't have blood sugar crashes throughout the day. I am a student and don't have time to warm up food in between classes. The first day I took this I started with 2 scoops (1 serving is 4 scoops = 1200 calories). I felt my energy rise immediately, was able to focus and had improved mental clarity. I mix the powder with water using a shaker bottle and it mixes easily. The taste is enjoyable, and I look forward to drinking it each day. I still eat 3 meals per day alongside taking this. I chose the vegan version since whey doesn't agree with my system. I will buy again!!

i don't love the price, it becomes expensive overtime. i work out a lot and gained 20+ pounds while using this for a few months. it doesn't cause any stomach issues like other products I've used because whey, doesn't work well with me. i drink about 64 oz a day and drink the naked mass with a meal. i wouldn't suggest drinking on an empty stomach, as a meal itself, because when I did it made my feel a little sick but nothing happened. I just find it better eating a whole meal and adding the shake on top. I don't mind the taste, but its very sweet with all 4 scoops, but if you don't like that try making it into a smoothie to help, or drink 2 scoops mixed with water in the AM and 2 scoops in the PM.

I bought this product with high hopes. This product had very good reviews, and I have purchased other products in the past from Naked Nutrition. Unfortunately this product made my adult son ill with nausea , upset stomach and diarrhea. I’m unsure what the reason is but I did notice that one of the main ingredients is maltodextrin After doing some research , malto dextrin can cause side effects of nausea , upset stomach , and diarrhea especially at certain levels. I was unable to determine the level of maltodextrin in this product as the label on the container does not indicate the specific amount of maltodextrin . I reached out to Amazon customer service with my concerns and Amazon was able to refund me despite this product being labeled as non returnable . I also contacted Naked Nutrition a company based out of Miami Florida to apprise them of my issues with this product .I was hoping that the company would have been interested in my concerns about this product . I asked Naked Nutrition if they would like me to provide them with the manufacturing codes off the container . With these codes the product can be traced back to the exact factory . This can be important information in the event other customers have similar issues and there is a potential contamination at the factory . The rep that I was dealing with ( via email) stated she was sorry for my inconvenience but there were no issues with this product . I requested that she may want to make note of my issue with the product for the record . My overall impression was that this representative or perhaps the company itself was simply being dismissive of my complaints. The company did not offer to refund , or offer me another product from their Naked Nutrition product line .. Amazon however was willing to assist me with a refund .Overall , I was pleased with Amazon’s customer service but highly disappointed with Naked Nutrition. I won’t be buying from this product line again .

Best supplement you can buy! Read and follow recommendations. Our collegiate athlete son has been using this for 5 years to gain and maintain a good healthy weight. Many of his buddies use it as well. The quality and purity of ingredients are the reason we started. The results are what has kept us using all their products.
