Shouldn't the tube be sealed or at least the box? Honestly will not even try this since i certainly dont trust products that are not sealed.

I received my order yesterday and my tube came in its own box that had an insert to keep it from moving around, and the tube itself had a seal underneath the cap. Product would not come out without removing the seal. Not sure why others are receiving tubes that do not have the seal or even possibly the outer box..

It says not recommended for face. Anyone use it on their face ?

I have used it on my face for several weeks and my facial skin looks better than it has looked in years! Very smooth!

Can I use it on my scalp?

I have occasionally used it on my scalp but I find it difficult to apply effectively through the hair roots. I've tried putting it on several hours before showering. I find it a bit difficult to get all of the oiliness (sp?) out with just two wash/rinse cycles. In terms of medical safety, you would need to check with your doc.

Why are the bottle only half full with cream? the bottles are not filled properly, fix this issue

I shook the tube and heard a lot of sound and cream moving around, and looked inside. Mine too is 1/2 full or 1/2 empty. Just get the sense we are NOT getting the advertised 3.5 fl oz or 104 ml. Wait until one of those consumer lawyers sue them for false advertisement.
