Me encantó este disco desde que fue lanzado. Luego ha sido muy difícil encontrar los 1ros discos de House of Lords y este en particular no está en las plataformas de streaming.

This is a great cd from a great rock band that came from the greatest era (in my opinion) in rock music. This is a cd that I have listened to almost everyday since I got it. It is that good. Every song on there rocks and if you are a fan of House of Lords or even just a fan of 80's rock, this is a cd for your collection.

I have been looking for this CD for a long time. I'd seen this band with Cheap Trick back in 1989 and was very impressed with their stage presence and musicianship. This CD made it to me in a very short time and I jammed it many times in my car. Thank you so much!

This is remastered and sounds unbelievable!!!!This is the best album made by the classic original band!!!! Every song is great and Gregg Giuffria is a legend! !!!!

The debut album by HOL is a great piece of music. It's of course not very original material, it sounds a lot like Whitesnake in some songs. But it's a good record. Personally I like Sahara better than this one

I grew up during this album. I like it better than the music from today even from artists that are from that time or the '70's and '80's.

"House of Lords" è l'album di debutto dell'omonima band del tastierista americano Gregg Giuffria. Il disco, pubblicato nel 1988, fu un grandissimo successo ed è oramai un caposaldo dell'hard rock dell'epoca. L'album è di altissimo livello e presenta canzoni divenute grandi classici, come Pleasure Palace e la meravigliosa ballata Love Don't Lie (che all'epoca spopolava in tv con un gran bel video). Un must per chi ama l'hard rock/Aor degli anni '80.

元エンジェルのKeyグレッグ･ジェフリア自らの名前をバンド名にしたバンド、ジェフリアがアルバム2枚で解散に追い込まれて、その後結成したのが、このハウス･オブ･ローズ。KISSのジーンシモンズがプロデュースしただか、デビューを後押ししただかってエピソードもありました。ジェイムズ･クリスチャンVoの歌声、所々にひとクセある展開を持ってくる楽曲、これが売れなかったのは何故なんだろ？と、とても残念。ハウスオブローズってバンド自体は残ってて今も活動中のようだけど、結成当時リーダーシップを取ってたグレッグ･ジェフリアが不在だし、もう現在のジェイムズ･クリスチャン中心のハウスオブローズに興味はないですが、この1stで輝いてたハウスオブローズは忘れられないですね。
