I needed something for arch support (totally flat footed). Was having sharp pain in the front of my foot where my ankle and foot connect. When I would walk it would feel like it would lock and not let my toes point or pull up. I have had more custom orthotics then I care to admit. They were fine in regular shoes (except the took up too much room in the toe area and would raise my heal up in the back that some shoes felt like my heal was coming out the back of them). This solved both those problems. If you have foot issues stemming from your arch, I say give them a try. There are 3 sizes of arch forms. I use the lowest due to the fact my arches literally rest on the floor. They even make my feet feel better with no form in it at all, just the strap around that part of my foot. I have used them with my flip flops too. Although I will admit not very stylish. But when your feet hurt, style goes out the window.I am buying another set so I will always have one clean and ready to wear.

Haven't had these all that long. My package was missing one of the *small* pads, and yes> I double checked, it wasn't just stuck together.Shockingly the large sized ones were a bit too much, the elastic sleeve it's self does help though too. I believe I ended up paying like $18 for these, but to be honest, I only ordered them because I had thought I was paying closer to $10. So I'm not too sure how I feel about them considering the higher price tag and all that.They do seem to stay in place nicely though.And it is super easy to remove the little gel cushion pouch if the cushion thing is too much for your feet.I've mostly been wearing it just the sleeve, so I don't have much to go on with the "cushions". But I feel as though the silicone is just too rigid to be comfortable for a full day on your feet.

This was recommended to me by someone to help with my flat feet when I started developing plantar fasciitis. I’ve tried other arch compressions before, but they were like bendy plastic, really uncomfortable after a while. The gel cushions actually do the trick, they’re firm enough to support without killing me by the end of the day. It comes with a couple different sizes, I ended up using the smallest ones since I have no arches. They’re great for wearing around the house and at work. I found it did alleviate some of the foot pain I experienced. So if you have flat feet like me or plantar fasciitis, these are worth a try.

The size is quite small. Think it would only fit smaller feet. The elastic strap could possibly be too tight and stop blood flow return on veins on top of foot. Possibly lead to clot!The insertable arch inserts seem small also.Probably works well for small foot. not mine.

I have very flat feet and was hoping these would help. The sleeves alone are comfortable (but not functional) and the gel arch inserts are not! It feels like large pepples in your shoes. They need to cover more surface in the arch area. I don’t know how to explain this but the design is uncomfortable. So I don’t use them. I have other brand gel arch support but they don’t fit in the pockets designed to work with the sleeves.

I was a little skeptical, but it actually works well. Only needed it for my left foot, and it comes in a pair as well as three different size inserts. It is a VERY snug fit, and I wear a size six shoe, so make sure you get the right size. Overall, it's a good product.

I had foot surgery about 2 years ago and the woman took the liberty of removing bones and tendons...certainly not what we discussed.I have probably spent $1,000 on foot things to help relieve the constant pain.Most of the things are from this company, Vive, as was the knee scoooter I bought.These are great. Tight, but not too tight. And the pad options are terrific.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND to everyone....take care of your feet! Wear these kinds things. Around the house, in sneakers, etc. You do NOT want to go through foot surgery. It ruined my life.
