It’s hard to clean, the plastic just crack.The machine just freeze the juices , plus it’s should have a timer to stop the freezing.It only last me 5 months.When you clean it you have to pulled it off up and the center that get the juice cold just came off as you can see on pictures.And now it won cold the juices.I won’t recommend.

I run a hotel and bought this juice dispenser for our kitchen area. I looks great and easy to clean but one side freezes up after having it on for 2 hours. I am disappointed in the product because I got it so my staff wouldn't have to put the juices out every morning and put them away every evening but now its a bigger hassle to do because the paddle freezes up and we have to turn it off for over a hour to thaw it back out and there's no one to contact about this issues. wouldn't buy this product again.

I used this machine for the 1st time this past weekend at a wedding and it did not cool the drink one second. The machine looked bumped when I pulled it out of the box. All guests complained about the drink not cooling in this hot weather. I have been trying to reach out to the vendor to return the equipment to no avail. Still waiting to hear from them. Total disappointment. Please beware!
