You regulate the pressure by position and how much you let your arms fall in the straps. It can be a light warm rub, or deep tissue to work out those knots. Powerful, and doesn’t bog down. It really does help loosen up my neck when I am having pain.I like it better than going for a massage because I can adjust the tension on this and it also has heat. It does actually feel like someone is kneading the muscles. And the best part? I have it here at home and can use it anytime my neck is bothering me.

This is the best small shiatsu massager I have ever used. It's simple to use and you can hold it to get the right location and pressure to relieve your muscle pain issues. Great price, range of settings, it's not overly loud and I use it for pain relief for my neck and lower back. If you want a good firm and deep massage, this is a great product!

I received this as a gift for Christmas for my husband as it was the talk of the town during this time and for the most part it does what it’s supposed to do it massages you I do think the cord is a little bit short though, so you don’t really have the flexibility of kind of moving around with it I also feel like the heating function is a bit off actually purchased one and sent it back thinking something was wrong with it but the heating function is there but it’s really really minimal other than that. It works great and helps relieve tension in your neck.
