So much space and utility - undermount option
Have had it installed for a little over a week now and I love how easy it makes kitchen chores. Washing a large pan or heavy crock pot is so simple now. I added a roll-out dish rack (also from Kraus) and now those large pots and pans can dry without taking up space in the sink or on the counter too.The garbage disposal is quieter now when using the solid drain cover. I only need to remove it to dump coffee grounds. Small waste still flows easily into the drain while the cover is in place. The look of the sink with the cover in place is also much improved.I've used the chopping board once, and having it directly over the drain is a convenience I didn't know I needed. I normally use my chopping board in "landscape" mode, so the orientation is off for me, but I'll get used to it.I've only bothered to wipe the sink down once, with a dry sponge. It removed the spots without using cleaner. Probably will continue that at regular weekly intervals.I upgraded from a two-bowl sink with garbage disposal, so having only the center-mounted garbage disposal with this sink freed up a ton of space underneath in the cabinet. I was able to put all of the items I had under there previously, plus the two new accessories (chopping board and drainer).Having the right tools and an occasional second pair of hands is essential if installing yourself. I had to test fit the new sink several times to ensure proper alignment with the existing cut-outs in the countertop, and to mark holes in the new sink for the faucet and air gap cover. I then had to drill the stainless steel with the appropriate-sized carbide tipped hole saw. Fortunately, the hole placement wasn't impacted much by the steel rails mounted under the sink edges. Drilling through those would have been more difficult.I'm very happy with how it all came together and with how the sink performs. It's well designed, highly functional, and looks great.

Great looking high quality option
We chose this sink for a remodel in a small galley kitchen and it worked out great. This is a gorgeous product with 16ga steel and should last a very long time. I especially appreciated the fact that the drain is offset to the back right corner as this left the cabinet space below significantly more usable. While it seems a bit pricey, I believe it to be a good value for the money. The one caution I would give is that the 30" we chose was a very close fit in the 33" rta sink base.

This is one heavy duty sink. NICE!
I bought this as my last sink ever sink. I think it fits the bill. Very sturdy, nice finish. (Inside and out). Appears to have a nice finish applied to surface. Comes with many installation tips and accessories. If the materials are quality, this unit should last a VERY long time. Doesn't hurt that our family name is KRAUS too!

luv it
Wife loves it, as do I. this thing is huge for a 30" sink and its worth the money you pay for it. All the other brands and almost childish compared to this one, took a chance purchasing this brand for the 1st time.Well made, love the bottom grate and the additional options if comes with. Wish the drain wasn't half plastic if I had to nitpick here but extremely satisfied. Its also $100 cheaper on Amazon than if I ordered from my local Lowes.

Beautiful sink - drop in mount clip too short
Used this to replace a tiles in sink. It’s a huge upgrade and looks wonderful. Installation was straightforward but for a tiles counter the mount clips are not nearly long enough. It would also be nice if the design made them more accessible on the sides (such as using a hex head instead of a screw since your basically blind to the sides)I dropped a star just because the clips were frustrating during install, otherwise it is a 5 star sink.

Love it!
I love everything about this sink. It's large and deep with plenty of space to get a lot of work done. The accessories are very nice. I love the roll up dish drainer and the floor grid. I still have to season the cutting board, so I haven't used it yet.The sink is heavy. I recommend two people to lift it into the space. The locking clips were pretty darn to secure in place, but the sunk is so heavy, and I put so much silicone sealant around the perimeter that I'm not worried about it moving out of place. I do wish they would have been easier to secure. It is a heavier grade stainless steel, but be careful when you clean it. It doesn't scratch as easily as an 18 grade, but it will scratch if you use Comet or any other dry powder cleaner.Overall, it's a great sink.

Great looking sink; Easy to install
Bought this sink as a replacement to my builder's grade double basin and successfully installed it yesterday. I had to cut my granite to make the right sized cutout, so having their template (comes with the sink) was fantastic. It worked like a charm and the sink dropped right in. I did the complete installation myself, so if you're somewhat handy its really easy. Takes a bit of time for aligning everything, but the hardware included made it a very easy job. Haven't run into any issues yet, so it gets 5 stars for me. Great looking sink!

Beware! Verify counter top thickness before purchase
The media could not be loaded. If you have a thinner countertop this sink will not work. The mounting clips are too low and do not even make contact with the bottom of the countertop. Even when tightened down fully they do not even touch the bottom of the countertop and thus do not hold the sink in place.Overall build quality is good and installation was good except for this issue.

Not the best
Sink was bent and uses a weak clip method to clamp to the countertop.Would not recommend

Kraus above mount sink
I purchased this sink to install as an above mount on granite however in the end the granite installer and myself decided to do an undermount install. The sink is listed as a dual mount, however, I would strongly recommend purchasing a strictly undermount sink if that is what you want and not the dual mount because the edge around this sink is quit large. The sink- it is beautiful! It is one of the first things visitors to my home are drawn too. I love the drain rack. It comes with a grid rack to protect the bottom which is great however this rack requires regular cleaning. I usually pull it out and use a bristle brush over it to clean. The cutting board (and dish drain rack) fit on an integrated ledge which is clever. Honestly I have not used the cutting board on the ledge very much, not like I thought I would. Other reviews have stated that food bits are hard to drain out or that it is slower to drain. It drains fine but it is a larger sink so food particles gravitate to the none drain end and I have to pull out the faucet and give it a good spray on that end to get the particles to move down to the drain end. This is the 30 inch sink. Lots of room. If I had a do over I would consider the 27 inch. Without the standard double bowl sink with the divider it is a lot of room. I use barkeepers friend to clean twice a week. I have had the sink now for 6 months and have no issues. Overall I really love this sink.

Sink is crooked!
Seems well made and good quality, but it's not straight, one corner is crooked and my contractor was unable to install it. Will be returning it.

HAD SUCH HIGH HOPES FOR KRAUS! 2 years on and couldn't be more disapointed.
I purchased this sink collection via amazon and was very careful to ensure that ny tapwear and additional bowls and chopping boards etc would be also aligned with the measurements of this sink. It was installed as an overmount system, by professional builders. It looked great from day one, especially with the industrial sink and additional collander and chopping board bits. However, as this was the first experience using a high quality gourmet sink, I wanted to be careful that I followed in structions about cleaning and maintaining this sink and its accessories, as I wanted to keep this sink for many years ahead.1) Cleaning: As it said in the manual, to clean the sink, use a small amount of dish liquid and wipe down with a soft cloth after each use. What it didn't say to do is how to manage heavy loads and the necessary scratching that comes along when washing dishes after a whole family have eaten, or what to do when all the baking trays and oven trays are (seemingly) hardier than the sink is. My sink is now left with lots and lots of scratches and bumps. I am not sure a) how to get these out; and b) if this us just the quality of the product I bought.2) The quality of the sink itself. My plumber, after putting in the sink, said he was a little concerned that hot water condensation from the sink was quickly forming on the underside of the sink, pretty much whenever the sink was used to contain any water or food containers tht were hot. The bottom of the sink, and surrounds, is not insulated, and then a problem of damp and mold started in under the cabinets frtom my sink. I asked my contractor if I should put in extra insulation to stop the leaking hot water that had now gotten all in to the pipes and floors anduer the sink; but was recommended that wouldn’t be much help. I tried to call Kraus at the time to advise but I was unable to reach anyone with expert advice. In any event, you can see how the sink's lack of insulation has caused all this flooding/damage to the base of my kitchen floors. The final thing I want to say is that I splurged on the idea of this sink: that could help central all the ADHD'ers in the house and give us joy and focus as we had planned our stations so well....however as things got broken (refer to the salad bowl holder), and our base sink seemed to frighten us with its gentle constitution ("don't scracth me!" to the constant dripping of hot water below in to the cabinets) led to all those pockets of rust, I have had a really sad experience with this product. And i know I might sound flippant, but this is my first home and renovation .... I was very sick and wanted a place of my own to gather and show family and friends what could be done if you do your research, and invest in some fantastic designers.I still think KRAUS are amazing at what they do... but maybe this product in particular was a dud. I would absolutely love to talk to someone from the KRAUS team about what can be done to restore the sink itself to its previous condition; and whether anything can be done to replace the broken additional parts.I’ll be reaching out to Amazon customer service for help: I am really hoping to rectify this problem.

Quality Sink
Really happy I chose this sink. Really nice finish, great accessories … Very happy! Just need to order the soap dispenser now.Update - I purchased the soap dispenser but haven’t installed it yet. It will be a bit of a challenge because when the sink is already installed you have to find a way to get to the small space in the cabinet behind the deep sink and plumbing to attach it. Yikes! The soap dispenser is really nice quality and the actual installation is simple but I recommend you buy it with the sink and install it at the same time.
