I ordered 2 times think 1st product may be faulty but 2nd time also same issue not working after full charge very disappointing

Not recommended...
This is bulky and heavy for one hand operation . Sync to iTunes doesn’t work and you cannot use earphones as well . I would rather recommend to buy an external power bank instead of this case . My return window is closed so stuck with this product .
