I have been taking this supplement for a few months now and notice a big difference in my focus and energy levels. On days I forget to take the supplement, I can tell a difference and feel much more sluggish.

It is a brand that my doctor recommended several years a go as a brand they can trust. Unfortunately they increased the already high dose, a few years ago. IDK why companies have to make doses at 100's or 1000's of times the RDA. Wish they could just give us 100% max. Seems like we pay for a lot more than our bodies need.

After some genetic testing I found out I needed l methyfolate! This is a great brand. It’s easy to use, easy to swallow and so far it’s effective
