Excellent product! I’ve had this lock on my office refrigerator for a year and it still works perfectly. Great quality and very dependable.

UPDATE: I purchased 1/2/2020 and they were delivered and installed the next day. I waited over 5 weeks to do the review so it was “real” and not just some fluffy or phoned review. That being said, I’ve had the locks in for 6 months now AAAAAND, well, so, my little guys are pretty destructive, especially when they want something. While the babysitter was in the bathroom one day they stuck something into to lock on our fridge (still don’t know what) and a piece of it snapped off. We couldn’t get into the fridge for a couple days, then one day I just stick the key in as hard as I could and it turned, woohoo! However; since then my brilliant 3 & 4 year olds had figured out that they can use a butter knife or the the of a spoon to open the external area of the lock because the internal mechanism portion broke when they put whatever it was inside and snapped it off. That being said, I do still think they are a quality product and that they DO work well per my last review, just be aware, some kids....🤦🏼‍♀️ ***** These are super awesome for anyone with toddlers whom think the fridge is their own personal buffet 24/7! I read the reviews and the adhesion concerned me a bit, but I took a chance and ordered them. I cleaned the fridge really well and then used isopropyl alcohol on a cotton round to make sure the area I was applying the locks to was extra clean and prepped correctly for the glue pads. As soon as the alcohol was dry I peeled off the backing and applied, SO EASY! I pushed firmly for about 30 seconds and released. Repeated the process three more times and voilá, done! I did not let them cure 24 hours as, you know, toddlers don’t wait, but I did get in 3 hours during nap time. It’s been 6 weeks and the adhesion is still going strong and my munchkins are no longer swiping all the yogurt and cheese sticks 😉.

My kid has the superpower of being able to get around/figure out most child proof locks. *facepalm* This lock however, being keyed is PERFECT! There is no "figuring it out" as long as I see the keys well hidden. It was easy as putting up a post it to stick up, it sticks SO WELL, and the lock is easy to lock and unlock. The cord is nice and strong. I foresee the failure point being the sticky in the adhesive pads, but the kit came with an extra set in case dear son strong-arms the doors. I honestly wish I new about these when the kids were younger, so many stress headaches could have been avoided. I want to give this 10/5 stars!

Works for what I needed them for. Great for child safety or just keeping people out of your stuff! Only giving 4 stars because they didn't stick as well as I had hoped and one came off already. Otherwise they're easy to lock and unlock, easy to install and they keep my kids out of things!

I have a 4x2x2 (120 gallon) enclosure for my bearded dragon and this lock system worked great for it. I wasn't expecting the "peel and stick" method of the backing to be so strong but its pretty tough once its stuck. So far it's kept the cats out and the lizard in. There'll be no more worrying about the doors being left open and no escapes. It comes with a set of two locks, which worked out for each side of the enclosure doors, and four sets a keys which I appreciate in case one gets lost. Overall worth it and the shipping was really quick.

Absolute JUNK! Too late to return unfortunately. They do not clasp properly. Thought it was user error so applied another one. That one literally broke with the slightest touch of opening the door. This will do nothing to keep your child out of anywhere/thing. I bought this brand as it was cheaper than the other more popular sold brand here on Amazon (which does work amazing btw as I have purchased those in the past…). Don’t bother though with this one, the cheaper price is pointless as the product is USELESS.

These stick great for maybe a day then they come off and will not go back on. Terrible. The locking mechanism gets stuck and sometimes will not close right. Would not buy again

The side the sticks is not strong and came off really easy. Don’t recommend.
