Works Great as Cat Litter Mat!
I read that these types of chenille mats would be effective at catching litter. I have cats that enjoy seeing just how far they can kick their wheat-based litter out of the litter box. While this mat doesn't reach far enough to catch their "Home Runs", it does a great job at catching litter from their feet as they walk out of the litter box. Because of its placement under the litter box AND in the bathroom, it was essential to me that the mat would be machine washable. It has proven to be extremely durable and easily washed in a standard laundromat front loading washer, as well as drying quickly in the dryer on low. The mat itself is very attractive and fits perfectly in the bathroom. It is extremely soft under your feet and easily shakes out all caught litter when I scoop their litter every day.

Still a better mat than most...
I've had 4 of these mats over the past 10+ years, and I like their plushness & their vibrant color that last, and the variety of sizes they come in. Until this one, their grip to the floor was the best. This most recent one lacks that trustworthy grip; it doesn't slide all over, but it does slip. I have yet to find a mat as good; however, so I'll stay with this one.

Soft, nice color and washes well!
Very nice rug. The microfiber is very absorbent and very soft to walk on. The color is nice and vibrant and stays that way even after washing in the machine several times. This is my second purchase of this same rug. Very satisfied with the quality.

Super soft bath mat
Absolutely love the looks and feel of this mat. Perfect for high traffic bathroom or by the back door for wet feet and paws. Great thickness to the matt with non slip bottom to help keep it in place. Great size for outside standard shower door or exterior door and amazing wash as well. Looks great after a few washes.

Use as a litter trapper
This works great as a litter trapper from my cats paws and looks nice for that area. It’s easy to clean and soft. Down part it doesn’t stay in place. It’s been washed several times and it still looks great so very durable.

Luxury and a little more safety all in one
I know I know it says that it’s a bathmat and it’s nonslip, but I couldn’t resist getting a larger size and putting it by the side of my bed. I have ceramic tiles which I have a love-hate relationship with and they get cold in the winter and I can’t decide on a rug yet or what to do, this is my happy medium. I’m impressed by the softness and sturdiness of the pile and that it is truly non-slide. I highly recommend this.

Pretty and soft, not as absorbent as I'd like
I had a similar rug for years that eventually just started to get musty. I replaced it with this and while I love the color and style, it is slightly thinner than my other chenille rug. It's also less absorbent. I know it's hard having teens who shower but this rug almost always feels like it has a sopping wet spot somewhere on it. With the other rug (but same sloppy teenagers), I didn't have this issue.Aside from that the rug is quite nice. No shedding, very comfortable to step onto, nice rubber backing (doesn't slide around) and fits in the area I need it to. I just wish it absorbed more water or dried more quickly. It did machine wash and dry up just fine for those wondering.If you don't have messy teenagers who get water everywhere in your bathroom, this could be a very nice rug for you!

Great mat
It's a soft and comfy mat. Small enough to fit under the door and not be dragged. The anticipation bottom of the mat works as described doesn't move when you step on it.
