Works great and has now replaced my non-stick pan
Works great and has now replaced my non-stick pan. Ready to use out of the box without additional seasoning required.Note: this is not a non-stick pan but requires much less maintenance than the version without the fiber processing lines. Wash/clean like carbon steel pans, rinse in hot water with no detergent, and wipe dry.

Not worth this price
It is of good looking. But I think there is some kind of coating. It actually became sticky after 2 weeks. Did I buy a fake iron pan?

使いやすい形とフタ
IHで使用してますが、まずフライパンの形が、お湯を捨てるときや、お皿に盛るときに便利です。左右両方が「く」の字型になっているので右利き左利きどちらの方でも使いやすいと思います。後、フタを回転させるだけで隙間を作ることができるので、フタをずらしたためにフタの部分が汚れてしまった、ということがないので便利です。鉄のフライパンということで、洗ってちゃんと拭く、油をしっかりという日常のお手入れさえサボらなければくっつくこともなく快適に使用できます。
