It is beautiful! I had all 4 sides engraved. It was a very special Christmas gift. Very happy with the quality.

Bought this for the person who’s name I drew for a gift exchange at work! She was so happy with it! I only had it engraved on two sides and it says her name on the front and a short (three words) message on the side. A note came with to remind wearer NOT to get sweat, soap, lotions and perfumes on it as this will tarnish the item. Which is typical even for a more popular brand that’s actually more expensive than this necklace was. However the OTHER company didn’t warn of this so I only found this out when I took an item in to have it cleaned. (they replaced it and THEN told me not to get those things on it) So I was impressed with them letting that be known. It was shipped in a pretty little blue box and came with a small cloth to polish it with. It made a very lovely gift and I intend to order another one for each of my two daughters.

Pendant was perfect, but the chain ⛓️ was broken on arrival. I was able to replace the chain with another from my local Belk department store.

This was my 4th purchase of this item. I have one and gifted my daughter and sisters with them. We all love ours

I purchased this necklace as a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law. I'm going to give it a little bit of credit because I purchased is not even a week ago and it came 1 week faster than expected. The pendant itself feels good and sturdy however, the print on the engraving has started to rub off after using the cleaning cloth provided. The chain itself feels like it could break at any moment, and the print it so small that you can't read/ see it from two feel away.

Letters were smaller than expected.
