So very pleased with this vividly colorful 'World Map Wall Decal', from Academia Maps. It's enormous, it's beautiful, just as advertised, and I can't believe I actually installed it without help: as advertised it isn't a permanent installation as it's movable and won't leave marks or residue. Admittedly, I had to adjust it more than once before I got the level just right.I've placed it on the wall above my computer monitors and it replaces a paper map about half it's size. Countries and states are delineated, with many major cities and capitals indicated; longitude and latitude noted as well.

The map itself is very nice. I had inquired if it would stick on a Natural Cork Sheet instead of the wall, because I wanted to put push pins in the places I've visited. They said it would. I ordered the cork sheet (which is quite expensive) and when I attempted to place the wall map on the cork sheet, it wouldn't adhere. This defeated the whole purpose. Now I'm stuck with a cork sheet and a wall map that won't adhere to it.

This map is amazing!! It is as described not made out of paper and is kind of a fabric what makes it look really high quality.The colors a really vivid and the map looks just awesome on the wall of our kids room! The installation was easy. The map has an adhesive back, that does not damage the wall and holds the map strong on even a textured wall. You just peal back the paper on the back of the map and then attach it to the wall. If you are looking for a great amazing map and are will to spend a bit more then what you would spend on a "paper map" .. I can highly recommend this product!

Just follow the directions, on how to install it and you will not have any issues.The colors are great and it just looks beautiful in my office or anywhere you place it.

Love this map! I bought it for my kids' play room and put it over the couch. It has great colors and is a very nice size. Installation was annoying because it's so large, but we were able to remove and reapply it a few times without any issues. Very nice material as well, more like a cloth than paper. Beautiful.

Stayed on the wall for around 45 mins, then rolled up into a very sticky glue ball. Just threw it in the dumpster. Lesson learned

It's an absolutely beautiful map and very easy to read and navigate. Installation was easy and explained well by the supporting materials.

I wish they made one bigger!
