Q: Would you be able to change the white pearl balloons for silver?

I don't think they would be able to. It comes in a package but honestly you can get a pack of silver latex balloons anywhere. I'm sure Amazon sells for pretty cheap and then you can switch out the white or just add the silver for a bigger, fuller balloon garland.

Q: Are these balloons various sizes? Or do you just blow them up smaller?

They were all the same size so blow them up differently.

Q: How do i create the arch look like in the photo? i’m completely confused please help

There are some really simple videos on you tube that show how to make the arch. Look up balloon arch.
