Good book and closed up this 3 of 3 and I enjoyed it a lot. However, it left a whole lot of things unanswered. From somewhere, I don't remember where, I thought this was to be the last in the series. It either leaves a whole lot of things unanswered or is setting up for more books.

Great book. Both my wife and I love the Cobra series. Timothy Zahn is one of our favorite sci-fi authors of all time! It seemed a little rushed. Lacking cohesiveness like the others. Still one of my favorite series. Love the family elements

I've read most all Zahn's books and this was pretty good. It had a twist in it I still can not figure out. But over all it was a good book.

Not fully satisfying ending, but exciting twists and turns along the way. Recommended, but not fully worth the wait after reading all the others in sequence.

Great story. Underrated. Hope to see the storyline continues.

Great book prompt delivery product as advertised

Timothy Zahn's Cobra series is a compelling and interesting setting with memorable characters. The more recent books suffer slightly from not seeming to advance the plot much in each individual book. This one ends the Cobra Rebellion trilogy with some more interesting insights into the Trofts and the Dominion of Man, but the ending does feel rather abrupt. It will be curious to see if Zahn returns to this series again in the future.

Great book. Not only a great story of alien wars, but thought provoking as well. What do you do with highly trained soldiers when the war is over? How long do heroes remain heroes? The story of Cobra soldier Johnny Moreau will keep you reading to the end, and then hook you into the sequels. Don't expect frills, this is just a great story well told. Augmented humans, alien worlds and aliens - what more could you ask for in an SF book?

I liked this conclusion to the Cobra Rebellion series. It had a twist that is vintage Zahn. Like his other works it's not just a laser and missile romp. The story has all the elements including different cultures and value systems, complex characters and political intrigue. Well paced with several narrative threads that may confuse readers who haven't read the previous entries in the Cobra worlds series.

Easy read good story SciFi but focuses on humanity more then science. Great series oberall I definitely recommend buying and reading
