Very nice rocks, I used to decorate the bottom of jars and put air plants on top.The rocks are smooth, almost a little oily? or waxy?For my purely decorative purposes they worked out great, though I don't think I'd trust for these in a terrarium or aquarium, or even on potted plants.

Yes!!! Used to fill jars for centerpieces at our wedding. Afterwards I used in the sensory table in my kindergarten room. I and the kids love feeling the shiny texture of the rocks and seeing the beautiful glossy designs of each. Very well polished and gorgeous.

The river rock stones have helped dress up our outdoor potted plants. Instead of having exposed soil around the flowering plants, the river rock stones provide an attractive background and reduce the chances of extraneous grasses and weeds growing in the soil. The cost was reasonable compared to the local nursery (similar product) and the 18 round bags were easy enough to handle. May be an extravagance for some but once applied they should not need to be replaced.

I read the product reviews. . I read the negative reviews. . it's strange that the size of the rocks gets smaller when ordering a smaller bag size. . however. . it was exactly what I was looking for!I ordered the smaller weight size, which came with smaller rocks, but it worked out! I cleaned them well, very small amount of debrit on them. Placed them as a top layer over the soil of my freshly repotted Schefflera & it looks amazing! Satisfied buyer here 😊

Item as described, lovely POLISHED river rock. Using it for some plants and maybe one of my aquariums.

I have to say these rocks look great! They are all nice shaped, great size (no petite pieces), very clean (no dust), surface is very smooth and polished, the rocks have very nice mixed color.I am sure they are great for plant pot, fairy garden, and etc, but definitely NOT for fish tank.I used them in my indoor fish pond, soon I found out the water condition is not very good, although the fish look ok so far, there is something that's not right for sure.Then I did an experiment, I put some rocks in a glass bowl, and put some aquarium rocks (I bought from a pet store) in another glass bowl. I fill some warm water in both bowls, and soon these rocks has something like wax floating on the water surface, the rocks also smells wired, like there is some thing artificial there. The water in the pet store aquarium rock bowl is still clear, and has no smell at all.So I believe there is something like wax on the rocks, (does not help even I washed them a few times), that's why they look so polished and beautiful, but surely not good for fish tank, DON'T BUY if you plan to use them in fish tank.
