I had recently made buttercream frosting with C&H sugar and it tasted awful. I ordered the Gefen brand and just tried it. It is so so good!!! I'll never buy any other brand. Made in the USA and uses tapioca starch instead of corn starch giving it a better nutrition profile. Thank you for carrying this brand and to whoever made it!:)

I have used this powdered sugar for many recipes and it works great and tastes good too.

I’ve used it twice for a glaze and it worked great. I sift it just to make sure I have a smooth final product. No cornstarch taste.

Without this product I tried everything I could to continue baking after my rare food allergy was discovered. This product has been a lifesaver for so many foods that I now need to make for myself from scratch! We truly couldn't do any of it without this potato starch confectioner's sugar!

I can't stand the aftertaste of regular confectioners sugar so I decided to try this brand which uses tapioca starch instead of cornstarch. Although more expensive than regular confectioner's sugar, this product has zero aftertaste. Tastes like powdered sugar and nothing else. Delicious!

Could not find it in store near me and truly grateful it arrived beautifully intact for Passover!
