I put all my weight on it and it handles it like a champ I definitely recommend this I have no more back pain at all !

I spend a lot of time at my computer every day, up to 10+ hours a day some days without much of a break, I've been doing this almost 8 years now, and several months ago, I started having some major problems with my shoulder, that after a couple of weeks became apparent that it was only going to keep getting worse, and by the time I talked to my friend about it, I was starting to feel major fatigue after just 3 hours and was unable to get any work done. She suggested I get this armrest. I was a little put off by the price, but she assured me after an hour of research this was going to be the best one for the price. Had I known how the pain would disappear instantly, I'd happily paid 4 times what I did for it. I haven't had a minutes worth of worry out of my shoulder since installing it (VERY EASY INSTALL!), and in the last few weeks I've even been able to play tug of war with my very excitable Catahoula mix puppy (26 lbs at 4 months!) and swing her around like a kettlebell with no pain whatsover! I'd like to add that I thought it might get in the way of things, or that I'd bump into it, or any number of other issues, but that has not been a problem. It folds up very easily to lie next to the table, quietly out of the way. I'm thinking of getting another for the other arm now. Lifesaver, definitely recommend!

I throughly enjoy this. It helps supports my arm and eliminates any need to put pressure on my wrist like a mouse pad. I have it set up to swing back and forth from my mouse to my keyboard. You can also adjust the height of your arm placement. It takes a little bit of tinkering around to get it just right, but it so worth it. I can’t speak to its sturdiness for now since I’ve only used it for a couple of weeks.

I have bought 2 of these, I am left handed and the first one I used on my right, I bought another for my left side. They screw right on to my desk easily. I have a stand up computer desk which rises and lowers. The arm rests are perfectly compatible with my desk and fold in close if I need to move around. They are never in the way. I love this product. i highly recommend it. The screw fell out of one. i replaced it and haven't had any other problems. I wipe clean with a baby wipe occasionally. Easy. Will buy again if I need it or for a gift.

This product has been an absolute game changer. First of all, I had absolutely no idea something like this existed. I have been battling pain from lack of arm support at one of my desks for years. Every other part of my workstation setup is highly ergonomic except arm support since my chair arm rests aren't adjustable. Trying to prop my arm on pillows and other things were no help. One day I'd had enough and decided to just google "computer arm rest", almost as a joke to see what hacks people had. Then, to my shock, this (and other options) popped up. I have the dual monitor mounts from this brand on both of my workstations, which have been great, so I opted to try this one, and WOW. Immediate relief. I can't believe I've gone this long without this but very glad I found it. A note - I did try it out on my 2nd workstation, where I don't really have any arm support issues, and it didn't really do anything for me. So it may not work for everyone, but I would at least recommend trying it out!

It is well thought, and in someway functional; however, the fact that it moves around, which up to certain point is an advantage, it can become a minus too. It happens that one has to find the way to accommodate the forearm every time one sits. There should be a way to leave it fix at each angle that works for you, but it only gets fixed on the height of the pads. And for some reason it raises itself up, I don't understand why. So, it has to be re adjusted one level down, in my case.It is well made and sturdy. They just need to add lock to live it fixed horizontally.

Positive - Was looking to finding something to help with a large chair I purchased- that had arms extended to wide for my comfort - saw this and decided to purchase two - sure enough - this works so awesome! The cups that your elbow/arm sits in is really comfortable - and it does hold your complete arm weight in my case. Great support and movement is quite flexible- you can have the longer bar arms extended in multiple ways to allow your personal satisfaction. I did buy an additional one making three - so I would say I am a happy camper-Negative - One of the shipments I got was open in the main part- and the cup first bar would just slide left and right (not locked down to well) - getting a replacement did solve this issue - so out of the four I got only one was an issue- and that would make three since I plan on returning the open box -Very happy with this purchase - it is a good deal and boy the comfort of this is great - thanks VIVO

Im getting older. Injured my bicept after several days cutting rounds with a chainsaw. Injury refused to heal after 9 months. My work requires near constant use of a computer and the gentle but constant strain from mouse and keyboard seemed to be keeping the injury from healing. Bought this, 3 months later all is well. Dont underestimate what the long term strain of computer use is doing to your arms and wrists.
