A quality product after 1 wk of use
It is quite disappointing that very few office chair makers care about the "median" price range for quality ergo office chairs. I don't want to budget $1000+ to buy the obvious brand name, nor do I want to settle with a cheap, non-ergo office chair. From this perspective, Sihoo offers a sensible choice.A few remarks after I use it for a week. I sit on the chair many hours a day as I work from home now.- seating area size: regular size, but not big. Think about a Camry size, but not as small as Corolla size.- seating area quality: it is mesh. It remains to see if it can still hold the body weight after months or years. I don't think it is designed for big or heavy body. Can it sustain 200 lbs? I don't know.- adjust-ability: good. but the manual is confusing. Initially I thought the chair back cannot tilt. Later I figured it out that I need pull the lever out then tilt it.- lumbar support: ok but not great. I still cannot lower it enough to support my lower back.- head rest: I did not expect it, but it works very well.- white gloves: they are included, but NO, I don't need them. The gloves are child sized and the assembly is so straightforward and clean. The gloves serve more like a humor: don't expect white glove service in US, but hey, at least we send you white gloves!

Class Act Chair
This chair is a class act. I mostly put it together by myself. My husband came in and lifted the chair onto the bottom part. It definitely is a heavy chair, but not bulky. It feels really great. I love the lumbar support. My other chair was big, cumbersome, hot, with leather splitting and peeling. I had to keep a small pillow in it for back support. I have adjusted the arm supports, and that is a great feature. I moved them forward and higher, perfect. I can lean back in it and the headrest feels perfect. Also love the color (red, but is not a bright red, just dark enough to almost look magenta). I am going to really enjoy using this chair. When I get it at my computer desk, will send a picture. Thanks for this good product. Connie W.

Large chair, adjustable, spring is weak and slides down.
I really like the chair and its it's very supportive! You can tweak it to fit your body size pretty well. I am 6'2 so I need a chair that can sustain my amazing body. This chair is definitely big enough!Only complaint I have and it's kind of a major issue is that it slides down in height slowly over the course of the day....

Extremely nice chair - very good value
I am really impressed with this chair. I am tall, 6 ft 3in, and this chair is great. First off, the seat bottom is deep enough. Second, the lumber support is great - fully adjustable. The head rest is great, I used it much more than I expected when leaning back. The base is cast aluminum, not plastic and the wheels are sturdy and spin well. The materials are very, very good. I am really impressed with this chair - a great value. I bought a second one I like it so much. Assembly is very easy by the way.

Great chair with Herman Miller functions at a fraction of the cost
My previous chair broke soon after we were mandated to work from home and I was looking at options from Herman Miller and Humanscale, which are well known brands in ergonomic office equipment and they have the price to show. This chair comes with pretty much all the functionality of the high-end brands (adjustable height, armrests, lumbar support, headrest [a first for me!]) but the price is a full 1/3 to 1/4 of the other brands' prices. It was very easy to assemble with the included tools, enough that I got it delivered at 6AM and was done assembling and adjusting it before my 8AM meeting.

Worth the wait!
This chair is SO comfortable compared to what I was sitting on before. I feel supported and much less fatigued than with my old broken down chair.Unfortunately, after I ordered this chair it got caught up in the COVID shipping delay shenanigans so it took a long time to get here. But once it arrived, it was ON! My wife assembled it for me by herself without a problem. The adjusting arms are exactly what I needed, and it has solved my back issues.

Good buy for home office
I like everything about it. Got the red one because thats the only color available at time of order and I like it more out of the box than the online photo. Easy to put together, support is firm but flexible, adjustible 3D arm rest is nice, and like the height adjustment (I'm 5-10" and I like to sit low). Bought the Duramont Ergonomic equivalent one as well and like this one way better from the first time I sat down.

Very Uncomfortable - Would Never Buy Again
I bought this chair hoping to have a nice comfortable seat for what is essentially a full day of work and gaming - while the chair is sturdy and well assembled, I regret to say that after a few months of use it is clear to me now that this is simply not a comfortable chair at all. This chair's arms are extremely short, such that you cannot rest your elbows on the arm rests at all. And the recline feature is absolutely atrocious. You are stuck picking between two reclining options - 90 degrees which is far too rigid, and 120 degrees which leans back way too far.I bought this chair thinking that I'd be able to get comfy with it and was lured in by the slightly lower price compared to other similar chairs - don't be fooled. Do yourself a favor and buy the more expensive option.
