LOVE IT! One of the best knee supports I've Used
I wear the knee support to provide stability when I play tennis. I've tried slip on compression knee sleeves, knee braces with side metal support, and longer length knee supports and this one far surpasses all of them. Why??? It's not too cumbersome. The big difference that I believe makes this a superior knee brace are those adjustable velcro (four of them; 2 on top and 2 on bottom) that allow a wearer to better adjust it's fit and support. The knee brace has the typical wrap around the leg and held by velcro, but those 4 other adjustment velcro really does the trick. I've been using it every time I play tennis for five months and it has held up well. It provides knee support so I can fully move on the tennis court without fear of pulling or exacerbating an already sensitive knee.

Kneeded Support
I bought a few of these knee braces / supports as I am experiencing 'old-man' degeneration at the knees. Some days, no problems; other days, painful to walk. I have a couple of wrist braces (Lt. & Rt.) from Mueller and I am a very strong believer in their products, how the products are made and the quality of their products for the intended purpose. Why three (3) different types of brace? They each provide different types and levels of support. With (3) one is able to alternate between brace supports so the knee isn't getting the same repetitive support and the skin is not experiencing the same 'irritation' with each use. With (3) knee supports I am also able to switch them around for drying / cleaning.** One of the most important features I was seeking is the LACK of a bead of silicone around the top / bottom edge in an attempt to stabilize a brace from slipping up or down when worn. I had a reaction to just such a use of silicone with another brand (name includes copper) that actually resulted in longitudinal blisters around my thigh that did not clear up for about 4 weeks, although I still have the scars to remember the experience. Mueller braces / supports are designed to stay in place by correctly putting on the brace (instructions). Usually it is; place the open brace on the top of an extended (straight) leg. Place the opening in the brace over the kneecap. Fasten the LOWER band first to a comfortably 'snug' level of wrap tension. Then wrap and attach the top (thigh) support strap/band. I have never had an event where the brace would slide down or shimmy up my leg. Just a well made brace with a great design for support and not to intrude unnecessarily on life.

All negative reviews are correct
Make sure you read negative reviews, they are all correct. I have thin legs and it was still too small. Uncomfortable, hard to put on, felt the Velcro rubbing cause it wasn't large enough and super stiff. Can't believe this is the same brace that the positive reviews are talking about. I've had better with another brand.

Fits well and can wear jeans over the top of it
It really feels good on the knee area, Very easy to put on and seems to give the support needed

Works Well but....
After using it for nearly a year I find the Velcro let's go too easily. While it remains tight it's a good support.

Way smaller than described
The description and package both say that this fits a knee up to 21 inches. My knee measures 17 inches and this does not come close to fitting. Product appears well made though.

Skied for 3 days straight with no pain
I have two of these, one for each knee. Most recently, I used them to ski for 3 full days in a row in Lake Tahoe. My knees aren't bad, but they aren't particularly great either and after extended activities that use knees a lot (skiing, hiking, etc) I tend to get sharp pains and general soreness. Having worn these I didn't have any pain at any point and was able to ski for all three days and still walk around on the 4th. Once they were on it was easy to forget they were there. On the more critical side. These are relatively comfortable to wear all day with only a little more than skin soreness equal to a tube sock worn for an extended amount of time. They are however somewhat limiting and would not be good for activities where a large range of motion is necessary.
