Adirondack Park Topo Map Pack National Geographic Waterproof Topographic Trail Maps New York Adirondacks

I have been exploring this region blindly for a few decades and now my children are interested. So I purchased this map pack for the ADK park. I am wonderfully satisfied with the content and quality of these maps. They are made of what appears to be vinyl and unfolded its 37.75 by 25.50 inches and tri-folded this roughly 4.25 by 9.25 inches. I fits into a pack well and most of all its rugged and durable. It is well illustrated and has plenty of details. I am aiming to give it a good test in July. We are planning on going off the well marked trails and do a little bushwhacking. Thanks NatGeo!

Now that all the Adirondack Mountain Club guidebooks refer to their trails by THESE MAPS, they are truly a must have. Very clear on trail locations and distances.

Only used the one for Cranberry lake hiking the falls and Cat mtn. Worked well and 1/3 of the cost if you stop into a local shop to grab a map. Waterproofing worked great in the rain and held up well.
