works great as advertised, but on my bike it takes mean extra minute or 2, due to the fact I have to play tug of war on each side to strap on my bag. If it was 2 inches wider, I wouldn't have to fight with it, and it would still hold everything in place.

I guess if you wanted to carry a bigger Nelson Rigg Bag on the back seat, you could use this, but you will need to modify it--add a few inches to ea side. Seat on bike is a little tooooo wide. Besides you actually already have tie downs built in the handles for the seat. A bag can tie down to that instead.. You actually dont need this..

Quality material and very handy. However, it's not meant for a touring bike with a trunk. I have a 2021 Kawasaki Vulcan Voyager. I will still get the use of 2 of the D rings, but the other ones are buried under the trunk. The 2 that I have access to will still work nicely for when I need to tie something down though. I'm not knocking the product at all. I just didn't realize I wouldn't get full use out of it.

Used this product to secure my Nelson-Rigg passenger travel bag and it worked great. Went on a 3,000 mile motorcycle trip to 2021 Sturgis bike rally and it helped to easily secure my bag. I have a 2008 HD Ultra Classic and it fit perfectly under my seat.

I absolutely love this! I do not have a luggage rack on my bike so I strap everything on my passenger seat. Finding a place to attach my bungee cords are always a huge problem. Not anymore! It’s made very well and I’m sure will last me for forever! If you debating on this. Don’t. You won’t be sorry! It will adjust to fit your bike! The hoops also match the placement for their luggage. Love this! Amd their luggage!

Seems to be well made, and it is relatively unobtrusive.

These are great if you do not have or want a tour pack. Simply place under the seat and screw the seat back down and you have 4 anchorPoints to bungee something on the back seat. Genius! Love this.

Did not like the hooking options.
