It certainly does make you warm, right before you expel! It does the job. For me I had 8 oz at 6:30am and by 3pm, my stomach was cramping, and the job was done by 4pm. Heavy cramping, felt like I was going to vomit. Next time, I will do 4 oz and see how I do.

The tea can be strong so I tend to drink A half a cup at night. The taste is not bad-so sometimes I have to stop myself from drinking too much cause it will remind you of a warm glass of herbal tea. Usually works overnights. Just be careful not to drink too much until you know how it effects your system.
