I almost always hate the flavour of supplements but this is actually lush. I could drink it all day. I have the watermelon one.It seems to be working and I'm definitely able to work harder in the gym. I seem to be recovering quicker.This arrived very quickly. I comes in a plastic tub with a dosing spoon so you can easily get the right amount.All in a a great product.
