If you're into these sorts of delicacies, then you'll love this product. I was pleasantly surprised by the consistency of flavor, the big chunks of meat (instead of annoying little fragments), and the value for the money. I'll be buying these again.

Chunks of calamari tastes great. Add a bit of salt to bring out the flavor. I prefer the version with sunflower oil; the version with the marinade seems to detract from the flavor. The steel tins are more robust than similar containers of other brands. They are harder to open but worth the effort.

I used to buy the Conchita brand from World Market but I believe they stopped carrying them in the store closest to me so I turned to Amazon. I deducted a star because these are priced considerably higher than the ones I bought previously and of the same quality.A nice chew but breaks down nicely. The flavor is great, not too salty and great flavor. There is quite a bit of oil but the pieces are decent in size. There are not a ton of small shredded prices.My only complaint is that I wish they were better priced, otherwise, great buy.

Drain and dump a can on a nice bed of romaine hearts.... mmm. SO GOOD. Or just with some crackers and a little mayo and hot sauce. Yes they are slightly chewy but I love that.

Very wax tasting, kinda mushy...not firm and squeaky like the live ones.

Great value for the money. I like to serve this over a bed of hot rice, with a little fresh-ground black pepper.

Delicious! Cooked in great texture. Tastes fresh. Good quality. I added a tiny bit of Maggi Seasoning sauce. The combination tastes so good! Good portion size for a side dish!

Went well on a salad.
