First of all it came with a scratch on the glass, and with fingerprints all over the glass as well. There was also dirt on the bottom of the little feet underneath. Clearly used and not new. I’m a germophobe and that did not make me happySecond, it was advertised as white, yet it is silver. It’s a pretty scale but silver doesn’t work in my bathroom, which is why I ordered white. They only give you choice of black or white, but trust me, it’s silver. I just returned it and ordered a white one from another company. I will give it two stars because it was big so it seemed it would be easy to stand on, also it is attractive.

Super sleek modern gorgeous scale! I have tried many of the different types of digital scales, but was disappointed with most of them. Some have buttons to push, remember your previous weight, check your BMI etc. Lot's can and does go wrong with those. I wanted a good quality scale that you simply step on, get your weight and go. This one fit the bill, it uses standard c2032 batteries instead of big AAA. It turns itself off after a few seconds to save battery life. It's as accurate as my doctor's scale and easy to use.

I bought this scale and it shattered after I accidentally kicked against wall. Although it is glass, I expected crack, not complete breakage.As for measuring, it was mediocre. Although it measured my body weight when I stepped on it, it could not measure others. I put a box with full whisky bottle, but no reading at all.My one positive note is it’s cheap price. You get what you pay for...

I had this scale for a week before it stopped working. I did feel like it was a bit inaccurate. I’d step on, record, step off, step on, and record something slightly different. Then, I would step on and the scale didn’t read a single ounce! Am I a ghost?! I am returning for a replacement and hoping that will do it. I like the look and size of this scale if it will work.

I had an issue with the scale, but the customer service representative immediately contacted me to resolve the issue. A new scale was sent to me at no cost, and I was continually kept informed by them about their efforts to replace the scale and be sure that I was satisfied. The scale is well made, easy to use, large numbers to see easily, and very reliable customer service if you have any issue. I recommend this scale.

This only lasted 10 months, but contacted customer service and they asked me to purchase another one on Amazon and gave me a gift card for the amount as soon as it shipped. Very happy with their response, they are good to do business with.

Easy to use, required a AAA battery, which does not come with the product. However the scale is accurate with fabulous design. Love it and recommend to people who is looking for a scale.
