I use this for my 20-gallon aquarium, and it works great! It's super quiet, which I really appreciate in a household with a lot going on. The adjustable air flow is fantastic for tailoring it to the needs of my tank. The two outlets make it so easy to run multiple devices at once, and the accessories that come with it were a nice touch. Overall, it's a solid, reliable pump that's easy to set up and does exactly what I need it to!

Update: The customer service provided by HITOP was exceptional! They were responsive, helpful, and made sure my concerns were addressed promptly. However, unfortunately, the product itself did not meet my expectations. Despite this, I was amazed by the great service provided by the seller. Far from being "whisper" quiet, this pump emits a constant, annoying hum that's impossible to ignore. It's like having a mini vacuum cleaner running in the room at all times, disrupting the peace and tranquility of my home.The adjustable feature is also lacking. Despite claiming to be adjustable, there's little difference between the lowest and highest settings. It's like turning a knob that's not connected to anything—it does nothing to change the airflow.The build quality is another issue. The plastic housing feels cheap and flimsy, and the pump started making strange rattling noises after just a few days of use. It's like it's falling apart from the inside out.To make matters worse, the pump doesn't provide adequate aeration for my aquarium. The airflow is weak and uneven, leaving some areas of the tank stagnant while others are overly turbulent. It's like trying to oxygenate my tank with a straw instead of a proper pump.Overall, I wouldn't recommend the HITOP Dual Outlet Aquarium Electric Air Pump to anyone serious about maintaining a healthy aquarium. It's noisy, ineffective, and poorly made. Save yourself the frustration and invest in a better-quality pump from a reputable brand.

So glad I found this air pump. The weight is not too heavy but isn't light enough to vibrate across the table. The adjustable dial rolls smoothly but isn't flimsy. I don't worry about the dial rolling on it's own due to vibration or lack of tension.The pump is not loud, The two outlets fit my "standard" line size and the nozzles are out enough to connect and disconnect air line. I had to fight to connect line to shorter nozzles only to have them eventually disconnect on their own because the lengh of connection area was simply too short.The price is fair. The product is good. The adjustable flow dial works great. I use the 100 gpm pump with two 3 way splitters to power 6 tanks - all without issue.I thought I would stop using my usb air pumps because the quality of them have drastically fallen. I am saving power, saving money over not having to repurchase those faulty mini usb air pumps and adjust the flow at the same time.Buy this pump, you'll like it.

Air pump has been running two air powered filters in two separate tanks for months, it’s completely silent, comes with all the necessary parts and extra, has worked absolutely flawlessly with the added benefit of being adjustable

Quiet pump that works well

The pump is not as quiet. Since it has two inlet holes you can cut a small piece of the air line and put in a connector this lessens the noise a little bit. The volume knob doesn’t adjust the airstone. For the price it’s not bad. I have a 10gal in my bedroom and wanted a quieter pump but for the price it’s not bad cheap Chinese pump.
