ShieldTec Flea, Tick, and Mosquito Prevention for Dogs

I had bought this for my cats and it had worked well. So I tried it in the dog version. My dog began to get agitated and very anxious and began eating grass as animals do this when sick. I liked the cat version, but will not buy the dog version again. Don't feel safe giving this to my dog.

The media could not be loaded.  Every since I started to use this. My dog has broke out all over her body with little bumbs red skin and itching. Took the dog to the vet and was told that this item is not good 4 any animal because it has pesticide in it and it can kill my dog. Any type of flea or tick medication that cost under $20 is not good to buy. I can't really prove that this product is the problem but my dog did not get sick until I started to use this medication. Since I stopped using it her skin condition is clearing up. I was using effitix but could no longer find it on Amazon so I start using this other stuff. My vet told me to go to chewy.com and sure enough I found it so I switched my dog back to this flea and tick medication and she is doing much better. Maybe some animals may have an allergic reaction to certain flea and tick medication but I will not buy this again.

I have tried several different types of the topical flea treatments and have had the same experience with each one . This one worked longer than the others. It lasted 3 uses and after that I guess the fleas get immune to it as they did with others so I was disappointed.

My dog was having seizures from taking all-in-one flea and tick medication. Most are dangerous neurotoxins. I did tons of research and found that this brand has the least dangerous (not organic) product available on Amazon. Don’t use the entire dose, just use a few drops, see if it works, and build up from there.

My dogs got fleas this fall! I used Advantage 11 and it wasn't fast or strong enough! I ordered Sheild Tec and was very surprised at how effective +fast it worked! Not as exspensive as other anti flea products.Will buy as needed! My chiuawaa is a happy girl!

Just sucked because they stayed greasy for about two weeks after applying the flea meds

I have used this product on my (5) chihuahua’s for awhile now. Unfortunately, last month there was only about 1-2 fleas on (3) of my dogs so weThought they just didn’t did yet. But we were out so I had to order more, now all our dogs have fleas and they are not dying. I have even purchasedAnd put down lawn treatment but we still have fleas. Now we have to have our whole house treated and our lawn in the front and back done again.Plus get flea shampoo and medication from our Vet and buy all new Pet beds. Not a happy customer.

I got this for my 2 girls not because they had fleas,,but as a prevention for them. 1 we after application they both had fleas, that told me the other one I bought was working. I used another dose after 10 days. No good will set up a return
