My son just turned 18. He is ALWAYS barefoot. He always has been. Trying to keep shoes in him has been an insurmountable task. We also have tile floors with throw rugs. His feet are getting dead skin build up with deep cracks, dead skin rolling over on the sides of hisy toes, and skin building up and cracking under his toes.I debated for 2 hours in which set to order before settling on this one. I am happy I did. After he got out of the shower, I worked on his feet carefully for several hours as not to file into the quick. I got so much dead skin off his feet it was amazing. We are still using the smaller 2 sided file underneath his toes and they are improving. The cracks are bleeding less and beginning to heal on 2 t7oes already. I did not file so much away that he was in danger of injury outdoors.The file worked extremely well but was not too sharp or hazardous in any way. The smaller double sided file was also sharp and did an outstanding job in small more refined space. This was the primary selling point of this package and I was not disappointed. Then the 6 extra finishing files that are included. They are more fire filing of the rough edges and buffing I would say.It's an excellent purchase for someone with medium rough extremely dry feet. I was honestly surprised it did such a fantastic job at the price point. I highly recommend.

I bought these after reading the good reviews & they were true! Best set I've ever used! And they LAST SO LONG! AMAZING! I have used these a gazillion times & they are as good as the day I got them which was a long time ago! They do the job FAST! Your feet will look so much nicer & be soft & smooth. These things can make short work of dry flaky ugly foot stuff! Seriously,your pedicure will take half the time & look twice as good! What a great product&price! Yay! Say my pretty feet!

Wow!!! I spent half the amount of time I normally would have filing my heels down with this than with any other callous file or pumice stone. I've always had very thick calluses on my heels and balls of feet and the "cheese grater" tool is great on them! I did use a callous removing gel with the tools, but I still think the grater worked better than anything I've ever used. The grater files finely enough that you can easily control how much your callous gets filed down, but it still works much better and faster than a pumice stone. The finer filing tools also work well to smooth everything out.Gross alert: the grater works exceptionally well to remove thick calluses, but it works like a cheese grater and will collect the dead skin on the opposite side. I filed my feet in the bathtub so I could rinse the grater down the drain. I did have to gently run my fingers over the grater blades to remove excess skin flakes that didn't come off with the running water.Not a doctor, but do use caution and discretion when using the grater, though. If your skin is pink and smooth, I wouldn't recommend filing further. Having a bit of callous is actually good for your feet 😊

First, due to reading reviews, the sharpest grater is only for HARD, THICK callouses - not toughened skin. It says in the description and in the instructions what to use it on. The kind of callouses you would have a podiatrist take care of. Mine is in the kitchen to use to grate root spices.I wear wool socks so my feet dry out. I also use magnesium oil spray on the bottom of my feet and that makes the skin dry out a little. I have tried numerous different things to get the dead skin off my feet and the 2nd highest sander (one below the grater) works great. I love the two different sides and both work well with damp warm feet. I end the process with one of the fine smoothing ones. They are extremely easy to rinse off to keep sanitary.I wish I would have tried this brand a year ago.Update. 6-13-20. I still love these files! I have dry feet and these always gets them smooth and pretty. I will never use the grater one but I have used the same black one and the same blue one at least once a week. They are very easy to clean (takes 2 minutes) and work great on dry skin. I still highly recommend these and since they are holding up so well I bumped my review up to 5 stars.

I was looking for something to help me out with the calluses on my heels. They weren't too bad, but enough to annoy. I knew what the "grater" was and how to use it; and the files also for in between use but it was my first time using what I like to call the "polisher" because you use it to polish off what is left after using the "grater". It actually works quite well.

All the pieces you need for the job! Take care when using - it works better than you realize and you can easily trade your callus for a scab!

OMG, I LOVE LOVE LOVE! I have diabetes and having this illness makes the bottom of my feet very crusty which has never happened to me before. I have used many different foot scrapers for my feet and either they didn't work or they broke because wasn't sturdy enough; so I so happened started looking for something that l👀ked I thought sturdy enough to my satisfaction on Amazon so I purchased by blind faith that this product would work. The package was delivered on time so after picking up my package I couldn't wait to get home to open and try this product out. So when I made it home I opened the package seen the product and "OMG" just the l👀k of them was amazing but the true test came when I used them as I was taking a bath and "OMG" I had never had anything close to this product to work perfectly on my feet never before. After my first use my feet were smooth soft and not crusty any longer and I have been using this amazing product for each bath. Firm Sturdy and Amazing...
