LapGear Mydesk Lap Desk with Device Ledge and Phone Holder - Purple - Fits Up to 15.6 Inch Laptops - Style No. 44442

This is the third lap desk of this type that I've had, and it's designed to function well. Lightweight but tough, with a padded backing that's comfortable but not unstable (I have another one that seems overstuffed and fits less well), this one fills my needs. I use it with my 15" MacBook Pro. The size of the computer makes the phone holder at the back impractical, but I really love the little device ledge on the near side that keeps the computer from slipping too far down.

This isn’t a review on the lap desk. This a review on the seller. The desk itself is great. The shipping is the worst. It shipped September 2, I received it September 24, a full week late than the original ship date. On top of that, the desk I received wasn’t even the color I ordered. I ordered a purple desk and received a black one. So while the desk itself is nice, be forewarned that it may take a month to get to you being shipped inside the US.

It's just the right size. I like the raised lip to stop my notebook from sliding off. The slots in the top are great for phone or other small items. I had one that had a bigger surface but it had folding legs and didn't work in my recliner. Too wide. I chose the comfort of my recliner over a wider surface. It works fine.

These are really helpful, especially for the price! I love the colors and pads on the bottom (bead filled), I use my laptop on my lap quite a bit and the funny thing is they don’t work great that way! Haha. This helps my laptop stay cool, and I like the utensil cups!Only thing is my laptop is slim but curves up on the edge for a rounded lip, and that makes it not catch on the bottom lip that’s for using at an angle.

I ordered 3 of these when schools were closed due to covid-19. My kids felt so crowded all working at the table in our very small kitchen. These allowed them to spread out in the house to work. All the kids LOVE them. Exactly what we needed!

This product has changed my partner and my life. This makes it so easy to work from bed, the couch or even outside on our deck. Anyplace works well with this and I would recommend it to everyone!

Works well for using laptop for about an hour. After that my legs get a bit warm, but only slightly more than with other lap desks. Overall, really good value for the price.

I like to use it instead of the desk when I want to work from my lap. Sturdy and bottom is soft to knees. Great if you want to go outside or to the park.

A great purchase. Large enough for bigger laptops, so my 13” computer has a ton of room. The bottom side is padded and super, super soft. The top side is easy to clean and has a small ridge to stop your computer from sliding off. I’m happy with it!

Not always the most stable surface but it does the job and is lightweight! Very useful!

I bought two of these lapdesks for my twin grand children. They used them right away with their laptops, and could use them comfortably on the sofa and also in bed. I am pleased with the purchase, also nice colours, grey for boy and purple for girl.
