Fixed weak start.
Don't buy refurbished starters. They don't go through them good enough and you'll get a weak start from day one. This starter is brand new and cranks the car over with ease. I checked all my wires, battery, etc. All signs pointed to a weak starter. Job takes about an hour.

Product doesn’t work.
Out of box starter does not work, should’ve known something this cheap wouldn’t work. Save your time & money and just buy one somewhere else or get your old one rebuilt.

Works great for OE quality replacement
Was a straightforward replacement to a failed OE starter on a 2006 B7 A4 Avant Quattro. This one comes with a protective sleeve that covers the wiring connecting the two parts of the starter together; a common weak or failure point! Happy to see this incorporated to help protect it for longer than the original design.. we shall see how long it lasts. Starts strong, no hesitations or issues. Fraction of the Bosch or other alternative OE replacements cost typically at over $200! Brand new and not rebuilt; pretty amazing value!
