Great product great value great easy to swallow nice capsules Solgar. Is a great company with good products. The dosing on capsule form of amino acids is somewhat low but it’s very convenient versus powdered form of amino‘s.I take it every day would never be without extra amino’s

Solgar is my preferred brand of supplements because they are reliable and effective. On a daily basis I think I'm getting the most benefit from the Essential Amino Complex in this product. If asked there is no doubt I'd recommend them to my friends.

Great essential Amino acid supplement. I use this for my grand-daughter whom is on a Amino Acid diet it helps her so much. After using this product she did no get so tired when in her power wheel chair. Gave her more energy.

I like these.. easy to swallow and priced fair

I use these if I plan on going for a longish hike or mountain bike ride but don't have time for breakfast. I'll use the Ben Greenfield protocol and pop these with some exogenous ketones and be good for a 2-3 hour ride. Sometimes I'll pop them if I'm doing a longer intermittent fast as well. They have a pretty good essential amino acid profile just to help keep the muscle mass around if you're active but are getting into the fasting thing as well.

Effective supplement! I take this everyday with Solgar l tyrosine. Helps a lot with depression and anxiety. No more pharma medication!
