wow!
bought an XL.I am 42D chest, 32-34 waist. This thing fit PERFECTLY. There are so many adjustable straps to cater it to your body type. The mesh is a bit concerning when you put it on, adjust it, then take it off. Its not flimsy like most say, its just mesh, the way mesh is supposed to feel.Stitching and manufactured armor was perfect! You feel so 'safe in this thing'!Order the knee braces armor to go with it. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! score!Note: Ordered HWK, TAG, and super expensive leather pants. none of them fit. i mean none of them even tho the quality was amazing. I wasted hundreds when I could have just got 'this'.Will update when i take a tumble. Im sure it will happen at some point.

Impressed, I’m talking very very impressed
I don’t write reviews often but here’s my honest opinion, it’s amazing, I was really sceptical about what size I should get, now I’m 5’10 and I weigh 210 pounds, and my belly sticks out just a little bit I’m not like huge or anything but anyways I ordered a large because that’s what I went off of because of my shirt size, now I would recommend you go based off your shirt size because mine fits perfect and also the strap that goes around your belly, it does hide most of it if your insecure about your stomach like I am, but anyways besides the sizes and all that, the product is very breathable and very comfortable and the pads all around it can be loosened or tightened depending on what you want, but this thing makes me feel very safe and I just got my first sport bike 2 days ago and it already makes me feel very safe with this thing on, I would very recommend this product, if people leave bad reviews they don’t know what they are saying lol, but yes I 100% recommend this product to new riders, and experienced riders, just everyone should have this when riding!

Using for Mountain Biking and I find it to be decent - read review and see pics.
This is my second purchase of sub $60 dollar upper body armor for mountain biking and riding the streets etc. Funny thins is that I noticed my review for another product here on amazon from a different seller was on this product also. Could that be that they are from the same source in china? I do not know. First why a second one in less that 6 months? - I gave the first one to my son for him to use when he rides the trails. Why not buy the same one again? I decided I liked the color scheme of this one better and I also wanted to see if it would be any different in its construction. Was it as expected? Yes. I am 5'11" and weigh about 245 lbs. I typically wear a 2XL t-shirt. I ordered the 3XL product based on my chest measurements. Provided you adjust the straps it fits snug and allows for all the movement I could need. You do have to attach several if not all of the straps when you first get it. Same as the other one I purchased.Pictures explained: The picture on the wood bench is the dressing room at the local trails. The next four pictures are of me with my cell phone pointed at the mirror in my basement bathroom. Paint me a private person so I blotted out my face. These pics are to show the size on my body. The jacket fits nice and has a decent mesh that the pads attach to. I like the articulating back and do not see why you would remove it other than to clean it.I found an UnderArmour heat gear shirt long sleeve to wear under the armor. It was not that expensive and no chaffing or rubbing issues. In the pictures with me in it you will see wrist protectors. Those DO NOT come with the jacket. I was going back out to ride so I did not take them off for the pics. You can see my big old belly in the side shot. You have enough material in both the jacket itself and the "kidney belt" to attach with no issues.Overall I rated it a 4 star as the pads have very little actual padding behind the hard plastic outer shell. This is probably a "you get what you pay for" type of comment, however, it would be nice to see and feel more padding between you and the outer plastic.I do not ride motorcycles so I will not comment on that. I will say that for weekend warrior bike riding it fits my fine. I will upgrade to a EVS jacket when funds allow - but I would buy this one again if I needed another.Good luck with your decision!

Great product, great deal.
My initial thought was wow - surely for less than $40, you can get no real protection out of this thing, but why not it’s only $40 so i bought it.For the price, i was pleasantly surprised. Once you have the thing on and tightened properly, it does feel surprisingly durable, and I truly believe it will offer as much protection as the next $150 armor set, or the Fox version that this is a clone of.I’m a very lean/lanky 170lbs 6’1”. The XL fits slightly large in chest X axis, but slightly short in chest Y axis, and slightly short on the sleeves (sleeve have thumb hole to keep everything in place, that is what is slightly tighter than ideal - but has no problem stretching and works for me - i imagine after some wear it will stay stretched. If you’re around 6ft or over, or just a larger human, you forsure what to go with the XL. It does appear to be sized true, and not Asian. While there are plenty of decent quality adjustable elastic straps, some of the fitment of the plates feels slightly off specifically in the shoulders and elbows/arms. Easy fix with the straps, it does feel a little more restrictive/bunched up underneath once they’re in place - but i think that’s a result of being long and tall in a XL, vs being short but wide in the same size.Adding to someone else’s comment i saw before buying - dude said something about the zipper being like it was from a “lady’s garment” and it made me LOl, but now that I see it in person that is the most accurate description anyone has ever given. It’s holding up for now but it’s forsure the weak point. In conclusion, if you’re not tryna spend hundreds of dollars on what is literally a foam padded plastic shirt, but can’t pull the trigger on $40, I encourage you to go to your local motorsports dealer and price shop for armor. You could literally buy multiple of these for the price of one pair of brand name independent elbow pads, and if the quality of protection is the concern, well like I said you could buy multiple for less, so just buy 3 and ride around in all 3 at the same time - you will be so safe you’ll practically be a cager! Finally - they’re on Prime, worst case if you really don’t like it, just refund it! PLUS then you also get to ride down & throw it at a random WholeFoods worker!!!
