The leather was slightly stiff when new, but now it has softened just enough to really conform to her neck. I think she knows how pretty she looks in her leather collar. Her big playmates will grab her by collar while playing. It has some scratches from their teeth, but the leather is thick and very much intact.

This is the second of these collars i purchased. The first lasted us many months until our puppy outgrew it and needed a larger size. I really like the softness of the collar. I would certainly recommend this collar to others.

This leather collar looks great and is good quality. It has a bit of that leather smell. After a few weeks, I can't smell it unless I am checking for it.
