You get what you pay for, but in a good way. I wanted a cheap replacement of the camera and light, since my old one was spazzing out and the light would stay on continuously, even if you shut the phone off haha. So to say the least, this solved the problem. The only draw back I've noticed is that the camera does not have very good close up capabilities. I don't know if all of them are like this, but mine is. I cannot use QR code scanners, or anything that needs to be up close. It just wont focus close. Other than that, it works fine.

I got my product SURPRISINGLY fast!I've read reviews on some of the Iphone 4 camera replacements--how they wouldn't allow you to focus on a focal point. Well.... THIS CAMERA DOES! It allows you to control the focus--so you can get in real close to the subject/object. I have shared some photos above, so you can see and understand!It also comes w/ all the tools (AND MORE!). I love how the tools are magnetic so it makes taking out/putting in screws MUCH easier. So, don't waste your time w/ any other seller buy this product!Thanks again!

... but you're selling this for the camera, and not the tools. The camera lacks the ability to focus, and is NO WHERE NEAR as sharp as the original camera in a iPhone 4. 4, not even a 4S. After swapping it in and taking a few comparison shots, I swapped my original back in. I'm far more willing to tolerate the dark spot in my original cam than to go with a low-rez, blurry cam. Now I have to go back to the stupid apple store and fork out another 60 bucks after wasting 10 on this one. Lesson learned.

While this camera did fit right in and function in my iPhone 4, it is not the same as the original and will not focus when zoomed. I preformed several "A/B" tests with my original camera to verify this. I ended up putting my original camera back in despite it having a small warp in the lens. This is a last resort replacement camera option at best.

I was hoping to get a pentalobe screwdriver but I didn't get the screwdriver and other tools. Now I have to wait for a new screwdriver

This inexpensive little camera was the solution to my frozen shutter problem with my iPhone 4. The tool kit that came with it made the installation relatively easy. I went step by step on a YouTube site.My camera never worked properly and now it works perfectly. I tried all the quick solutions on the Web and none of them worked. This is a fantastic deal.....

I would rate this very poor, the camera its self was not in working order who ever took it out of the phone was not careful, I got a good kit to remove the parts of the phone, but the camera./?? It did not work due to damage so I just tossed it in the garbage,

I had bought the camera for my boyfriend thinking that was the issue for his phone but it was actually the phone it's self. Is there any way I can return this item & get my money back? Thank you.
