I was really pleased with this. Shipping was very quick although not prime, just as quick. The chairs look great in my space, really modern. They feel solid (no wiggly joints). I bought a total of 8 of these plus 2 of the armchair variety of the same chair from this seller. All the dowels and white shells were the same shade and matched with one another perfectly. Really smooth matte white seat. Easy to clean and wipe down. Didn't tint after a toddler ate Indian curry on it last night, so I would recommend it.

These chairs are a great option for those looking for a clean modern look. They are pretty comfortable considering by their nature they have no padding. The back does flex a bit which is nice but feels sturdy. Assembly required a few tools like a wrench and Allen keys that did not come with the set. Their was 1 Allen key provided but you'd still need the other size. There are some thick black plastic washers provided which will not fit as the bolts are too short if you use these washers, but I could not see a need for the washers and left them off. There are lock washers on the frame to the seat bolts which should work well, but no lock washers on the frame assembly, so I'll be keeping and eye on those to make sure they don't loosen with ware. The frame /legs come pre-assembled but the bolts are loose to allow for the attachment of the seat , so make sure you tighten up all the frame/ leg bolts after attaching the seat. If they do that's an easy fix. Overall we are very happy with these chairs and they look great around our dinning table - because they are transparent they take up so much less visual space than our last chairs which makes the room appear larger.

I had literally the worst time assembling this two-piece chair. I’ve assembled all kinds of furnitures in my life, big or small, and this is definitely the worst design for assembly!! It’s absolutely true that the screws and washers don’t work together. The orientation of the metal parts between the plastic and wood legs is set right at an angle that you won’t be able to turn a full round using the Allen key. I wouldn’t recommend this if you would like a happy time when you receive the chairs since there are so many same style choices out there. I bought the clear color and there wasn’t a choice from other vendors, and that’s why I had to buy this. On the other hand, the user experience after assembly has been quite good. Without the anti-squeak washers, it doesn’t make sound for now. And since I only use it for a few hours a day, it’s comfortable enough to me.Bottom line, throw the black washers away, and go ahead assemble it. You will have a sturdy chair.Btw, no strong smell, which is the thing i like most.

This chair set was exactly what I expected it to be! Great construction and comfort! I would for sure order these again and for the price I would recommend these. I only had two very minor things that came up....There was a very particular place and lighting set up I wanted these in, actually in a darker office, so I wasn’t that thrown off when I noticed that in the sun these chairs are all kinds of scratched up. There’s even a scratch pattern of the bubble wrap left behind on one section. The packaging is at the most extreme minimal amount they could get away with to get these shipped in one piece. Not really noticeable once it’s inside out of harsher lighting tho.The other minor thing was actually something I see many people have run into and posted in their reviews, the curse of the short screws! I found it to be actually really funny that this isn’t totally noticed by the manufacturer to be a complete show stopper for anyone trying to assemble these chairs.The washer stack they include has a anti squeaking plastic washer to sit between the chair and metal bracket, and if you want to install this correctly, you may need to go match up some longer screws at a hardware store . Or just toss the washers out and risk some future squeaks. These won’t mess up anything structurally. For my build, I just sliced up an artificial cork from a wine bottle and used those as my anti squeak washers and it worked out great!Good luck with your new chairs, I’m very happy with these!

I downsized into a small one-bedroom apartment and needed a small table not only for dining, but as a sort of desk, and for crafts and puzzles. I shopped half the night — read lots of reviews and chose this pair for price, color, and the good reviews. I could not be happier with the purchase. These are very comfortable. My brother assembled them and was ver complimentary of the instructions and the ease of the assembly. I do have cause for spending a couple of hours at the little table. The chairs are very comfortable and feel quite sturdy.

I researched this item extensively and ultimately bought it. I had first bought the 15 inch which were WAY too low for us and so having the 18.5inch version turned out to be a better fit for us. One big caveat: This design is NOT good for small children and elderly people. The base only adjust in the middle of the seat, so the moment the weight moves to one side, the chair INSTANTLY FLIPS over to the side. My child is 4 and has fallen already 3 times and hurt herself (on wrist and elbow). She now is aware of this phenomenon and we make sure to stand close by when she climbs in or out of it. Otherwise, we like the look. It is hip, modern but again, the material is light and the chair is prone to flipping over to the side if not paying attention.

If you're stressing about buying chairs online, don't.I agonized for hours, and eventually bought these online, and the quality is astounding for the cost.Great replica of the original chairs, and super comfortable - way more comfortable than you would expect for what is essentially a hard plastic seat

I bought two with arms and two without that I can slide under my table to save space. I added the little white cushions and also bought the faux fur rugs to lay over them and they are fantastic! They look very attractive and feel comfortable. I couldn't be happier, i love them. They also work with my clear glass table, and they'll work with the woodwork in the kitchen/dining area.
