The best choice
Great product & Great price.Not all MCT oil products are alike.Unfortunately the quality of the source, as with anything varies vastly. I did have to do some research and arduous comparisons and this was the product of my choice. As an athlete I use the oil to increase my energy levels and to significantly help in the removal of fat. I add this to my morning coffee or into my protein shake post workout. This is my 2nd time ordering this item.

I absolutely love this product! I immediately felt a boost of energy without the crash. As a keto beginner this really helped me meet my fat goals in a healthy way. I prefer to mix it in with my coffee and I appreciate that it doesn’t give it a funny taste. Lastly I feel like the price is outstanding, others that I’ve seen triple this price.
