If you have left-over lamb bones (from a leg of lamb, or chops) you can make a terrific lamb-based stock with a bit of celery and leeks, plus a bay leaf, and a smidgeonette of thyme and rosemary. Use it, freeze it.

Delicious in whatever lamb dish you’re preparing, lamb stew, lamb chops etc. I don’t know why local groceries don’t carry this. It’s kind of expensive and I can’t seem to find it anywhere else

this past summer i ordered lamb stock cubes from 3 different places. these were the only ones that arrived in just a few days. very impressed so i ordered some more to have on hand for more recipes ~ again i got them in a few days. will definitely order from this place again.

It's expensive but makes a delightful basic broth.

These are ok, l would rather buy oxo cubes Lamb cubes .they taste better especially with lamb .

My most favourite stock cube and Lamb has the best all round flavour don't just use it for lamb dishes it works with anything.
