Best fuel for long workouts
I find these work better than anything else for hard, long bike rides, runs, and hikes. Easy to digest and tasty. Highly recommend!

Great price on Amazon and SIS electrolytes never disappoint. My body reacts quickly after drinking one. Strawberry/salt flavor is actually one of my favorite.

Would Recommend
I am a cyclist in AZ (valley of the sun). Have been a cyclist for many years. Have tried lots of products. Ride 110+ miles a week. Longest ride was 106 miles.Pros: These "gels" are great. Thinner so easier to get out of the tube. Fast acting energy. No water required for effectiveness. Less gastro disruption on long rides.Cons: they taste a little chemically. I've tried the salted strawberry (liked that one) and the raspberry (not my favorite).I've eaten several products I liked less for less results so all in all this is a positive review. I recommend giving them a try.

Great for long bike rides
I'm an older cyclist, and I get drained trying to keep up with the younger guys in my riding group. Science In Sport's energy gel gives me a chance to not get left behind. Toward the end of my rides, the last 15 to 16 miles, I'll consume one of the pouches, and it will get me through the end of the ride, no matter how bad the previous miles have been. My legs return to my control, as opposed to being rubbery useless appendages, and I have more energy. I take a Science In Sport package with me every ride.

Muy buenos geles
Antes utilizaba geles GU para correr pero me comenzaron a dar problemas estomacales. Me recomendaron probar los SIS y gran diferencia. Los GU son muy espesos y necesitas agua para tomarlos. Estos geles SIS son isotónicos así que no necesitas agua para tomarlos. Muy fácil de tomar y aportan la energía necesaria para continuar corriendo.

Great on the Bike
I usually take one every hour on rides that are over an hour & a half. They taste fine (gels never taste great) and have a good amount of salt and all.
