got this product for my mom who just turned 50, After getting her Niwali EstroWellness pills she tells me her hot flashes are not as frequent and the night sweats have been reduced.I have also noticed her mood swings are not as frequently and she has more engery.I will continue to get her this product and I am recommending it.

I am finding these to be a good quality product. I like the effects they are bringing. Feel better, no more hot flashes. Have lost some weight.

If anything I sleep less. I still have my hot flashes.. seems more noticeable and frequent. Even bought another supplement another reviewer suggested and nothing. I will finish the bottle but after three weeks you would think i wouldn't notice the hot flashes as much. If anything I feel like I get more of them. Maybe it will work for you but it did absolutely nothing for me.

Product is working great I have noticed a big difference in how my hormones are acting and can see a big difference in my fingernails and hair. Very satisfied and would recommend this product to others.
