Love these Metatarsal pads!
I wore high heals for the first time in many years to my son’s wedding and my metatarsal on my right foot has been sore ever since. These fit perfectly. I use them to run and for work. I only need the right so I turn the left inside out so I can alternate and wash in between wearing. They are low profile so they fit with most shoes styles without making the shoe too tight and potentially compounding the problem.I love these metatarsal pads. I avoid going to the doctor and this is the pain relief I need.

Not at all as pictured!
This product used to be exactly as pictured. It was so perfect. Had bought several dozen pair over the life of its existence. And while they last a fairly long time if properly cared for, I did need more and ordered fairly recently. I was so shocked and disappointed that this product has changed. It is no longer as pictured (oblong); it is a tiny circle. I'm still scratching my head over this change. Who, I wonder, are they marketing to that has a circled ball of foot?! Anyway, I hope they will see the light and return to the original design.

Need more sizes or something
I broke a toe about a year or so ago. My food started hurting right at the ball of my foot below where I broke said toe. Welp tired of the pain and like many of us in the US, I dont have insurance to see a doctor, so off to amazon i went to find something to give me some relief. Low and behold I found this. I ordered the small size and they arrived later that same week.I dont have small feet. Im a 8 1/2 in womens and a 7 1/2 in mens. The small was still too big and it doesn't sit in place. They move around a lot and actually cause pain in other places of my feet. Forget about wearing them bare foot they slide right off. In my sandles they stay alright but i find myself adjusting them. In my work shoes with socks on they still move and i still have to take time to adjust them a couple of times throughout the day. When they stay put they do provide relief but they move around far too much to the point Im half tempted to bust out the athletic tape to see if that keeps this product where its supposed to be.*Edit* Customer service reached out to me. They were actually wonderful without trying to bribe. They compensated me for the foot pads since they werent fitting correctly. I am happy with the compensation and Im adding an extra star due to how it was handled.

It takes time
Honest review: I bought this as sort of a last ditch effort to help my left foot. I should have bought the smaller as the large size is a bit too big. It fits nicely under a sock and the padding is ok but not great. From the initial start it made it hurt worse. I would get done with work and barely be able to walk. It took about 3 weeks for the relief to come. It does NOT take all the pain away but it greatly reduces the pain. I can now make it through work and still be able to walk afterward. It has not fallen apart yet so that's good. The quality isn't outstanding but it holds up. I don't think it will hold out a full year but we'll see. You can flip them inside out and use it on the same foot if one does break. I only use 1 since my other foot is ok. The price is bit high for this but it does work. Just keep in mind it will not be instant relief. I may buy a second set but undecided.

A great alternative to "padded sleeves" despite it's 'girly appearance'.
These were easy to put on, stayed in place perfectly under socks and supplied maximum padding to the ball of my foot all the way up to the base of my toes. These were far better that the "sleeve-type" which wrapped around the front of your foot and stuffed between your big & 2nd toes, making it difficult to put your sock on to cover it & moved during exercise, often sliding up over your little toes - plus the padded area was difficult to position fully across the ball of your foot side-to-side.While it looked pretty girly for a 6'3" male who doesn't wear 'high-heels", the proof is in the performance which is streamlined & functional. The listed implementation of "copper" to the product was inconsequential and a hokey marketing ploy, but the padding works well. This material is lightweight but sturdy making it a pleasure to wear. Very pleased with this product.

It won't last long
I have wide flat feet, had bunions and hammertoes removed. Now middle-aged and suffering from Morton's neuroma. I ordered size M and L since I did not know which size would fit. Both size felt the same! The pads are good and comfortable but the sewing around the edges started fraying after a couple of hours of use! Also, the fabric folds over easily which is troublesome if you want to wear shoes with it. I am surprised they don't offer the pads in a neutral color so we could wear it with shoes. Certainly more than 1/2 of their customers are women and these black pads show on top of your feet. You might find them useful for boots or high-top shoes. I wore them for an hour and walked in them with no pain but I did have pressure on my toes and my feet felt like going numb after 15 min. I must admit not having pain for an hour was amazing. I might keep them and use them with shoes where they don't show.

These really help!
I have some problems with my left foot - dr said it was a "mole" below my little toe, but removal did not help any - still pain when pressure is put on it, like a pebble/rock. Thought I would try these pads. First, I do wear sandals and you can't even see these under the straps of my style of sandals (they are black). Second the gel padding is not too much, not too little. Shoes still fit and there is enough cushion to alleviate the pain. Sometimes they do slip around a tad and I have to adjust or there is slight discomfort where the pad ends at the beginning of my arch. I go barefoot a lot and wish I could wear these then, but they are too slick and slide off without some sort of shoe or sock to hold them in place.
