These are soft and comfortable. I had difficulty deciding what size to order. I wear women’s size 8 medium shoes, I do not have a fleshy foot. I at first thought to order small/medium because they are meant for men or women.However as I read reviews I saw many complaints of being too tight.For that reason I ordered lg/XL and that was the correct choice.So if you are Womens 8M order the Lg/XL and you should be happy.

If you just want something to keep your toe from rubbing against your shoe, I guess they're okay for that. And if your foot is small enough I guess they're okay. I measured my foot just like they said to, and I got the 2XL.Kind of hard to get on and if you're a man good luck! I have gout in my toe and I bought them to hold my big toe steady. I even have a narrower foot for a guy though, so if your foot is wide you probably won't like them. I wear a 10.5 and the 2x (largest they have) was almost too small. Obviously these are really made for a woman's foot I guess. These need to be made a little bigger but at the same time TIGHTER somehow. I have it on sitting down. It makes my foot feel a little bit better but if I walked around on it, it would probably come right off. They were only $14 so I'm not going to worry about it but I bought TWO sizes because I just had a feeling... The L/XL was way too small.

I have sued them for about a week and they do work on helping the bunion pain. My toe feels much better.but I have to say that the fabic tends to roll up on the outside of the foot and causes discomfort when worn too long. Actually woke me up in the night I cut a hole in a sock and use it under the bunion sock and it helps. Does not stop the eventual discomfort, but helps.

sizing guide is off a bit, got the large/x large and a tiny bit bigger would have been good maybe. but they made it rightthe foot fit was decent but the toe fit was too snug, trouble putting it on, and the padding was a bit too thick for my likingmaybe i have a large toe

I recently had surgery to remove arthritis removed from my big toe, my doctor suggested using this to help with swelling. As long as Im not on my feet and just sitting on my couch it feels nice but when Im up walking it does not stay in place and it rolls off. When I wear to bed it doesnt stay in place either, I woke up with pain in my little toe because it had rolled up and was cutting circulation off to my little toe. If you want to wear this while watching tv its fine. I cant fit my foot into tennis shoes right now from swelling from surgery so when I try to wear with my flip flops or slides it just rolls up. For me personally I find it to be more useless than helpful.

It might be okay for somebody else but I have severe bunions and they did nothing to move my big toe back where it was supposed to beUpdate: well like I stated before I could not use them, "I will try to post a pic to let you know" but my update is positive. I gave them to my mother who is not severely deformed like I am and she loves them, they do fit comfortably like a for glove I will admit but I would say it deserves four and a half Stars but my mother says five so, mothers always right LOL btw, and that x-ray is 3 years old I have gotten much worse that's why I was looking for relief.

Works great! I’ve been walking 10-15 miles a day and developed recurring joint pain at the base of my big toe. I bought these and was able to complete an 8 mile walk with no issues. I’m a size 13.5 and the XXL worked perfectly
